Note: these packages do not include website hosting. Prices are for automatic monthly billing via credit card or prepaid retainer. The xFIFTEEN minutes do not roll over.
A monthly maintenance package is not necessary for tech support help; you can also contact us on an as-needed basis for technical support issues as they arise. Please email us at support@minduct.com for assistance.
Please note:
- We reserve the right to adjust packages as needed. You will be given advance notice if this occurs.
- Maintenance work is done the last week of the month.
- You will be billed automatically mid-month for your support package.
- Retainer hours roll for over up to two months.
- Additional support or work hours can be added as needed.
- We will contact you about larger projects that require additional scheduling.
- Our Starter package does not include any tech support hours.
